All items sold and left our delivery centre are not returnable,refundable, nor exchangeable. In the event that the goods received are damaged by the Courier Service appointed, kindly let us know the condition within 24 hours via email : firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then investigate with our Courier Service appointed before taking any further action. When returning the damaged items,the packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, or have been picked up for more than 24 hours there will not be any refund. Tirae Holdings Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within after the confirmation.
